What areas do you service?

I am based in Portland, ME, and service anywhere in New England. Travel fees may apply for events outside of the Greater Portland area.

What is included?

Typically, I start with a small curated menu of all your espresso and milk beverages and then customize it to your taste by adding signature drinks and/or off menu drink requests. I pack in and pack out all the necessary components to create a mobile coffee shop wherever you need it. The beverages are quickly and thoughtfully crafted on top of the line equipment and beautifully presented to your guests.

How much does your service cost?

For weddings and private events, I have a minimum that starts at $750 which gets you 1 hour of bottomless coffee for up to 75 guests and goes up from there. For each event, I create a custom quote based on length of service, number of guests and proximity to Portland.

Do you offer any add-ons?

Sure do! I can provide French pastries from Belleville, create custom drinks, personalize cups with a stamp or sticker, set up self-serve coffee stations, coordinate with the bar to make espresso martinis or the caterer to make affogatos. So many fun opportunities! Each event is unique and I’d be thrilled to bring your personal vision to life!

How long does it take to serve everyone?

I can serve about 75 drinks per hour. For larger events, I can set up a self-serve coffee station or bring along an extra barista to speed things up.

What kind of coffee do you use?

Only the best! I use coffee beans from Tandem Coffee Roasters. I have my go to favorite, but if you see something on their menu that you’d like, I am more than happy to brew that instead.

Do you offer decaf coffee?

Yep, no problem!

What kind of milk and syrup options do you have?

Typically, I’ll offer whole milk and oat milk, as well as simple syrup and maple syrup since these options satisfy most coffee drinkers. However, we can totally switch that up if there is something else you’d like to see!

Can I use your services for events other than weddings?

Of course! I can provide coffee cart services for corporate events, bridal showers, farewell brunches, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, staff development days, and more. You name it and I’m there!
