Side By Side is based in Portland, ME, and services anywhere in New England, including Portsmouth, NH and Boston, MA. Travel fees may apply for events outside of the Greater Portland area.

What is included?

Typically, I start with a small curated menu of all your espresso and milk beverages and then customize it to your taste by adding signature drinks and/or off menu drink requests. I pack in and pack out all the necessary components to create a mobile coffee shop wherever you need it. The beverages are quickly and thoughtfully crafted on top of the line equipment and beautifully presented to your guests.

How much does your service cost?

For weddings and private events, I have a minimum that starts at $1,000 which gets you 2 hours of bottomless coffee for up to 100 guests and goes up from there. For each event, I create a custom quote based on length of service, number of guests and proximity to Portland.

Do you offer add-ons or custom options?

Yes. We offer custom-branded front panels for the cart, branded hot and cold cups, self-serve drip coffee stations, cold brew service, and locally made BLVL pastries. We can also create custom drink menus to align with your event theme or brand. Every event is thoughtfully tailored to your vision.

How quickly can you serve coffee at my event?

One barista can craft up to 50 specialty coffee drinks per hour. For larger weddings, corporate events, and conferences, we can add baristas, espresso carts, self-serve drip coffee, or cold brew to increase speed and serve any size crowd efficiently.

Our mobile coffee catering service proudly pours Tandem Coffee Roasters' West End Blues blend, locally roasted in Portland, Maine. It delivers a smooth, balanced flavor that shines in lattes, cappuccinos, and americanos alike.

Do you provide decaf espresso and non-coffee options?

Yes. Our mobile espresso bar offers decaf espresso for any coffee drink on the menu, along with herbal tea and hot chocolate to accommodate guests who prefer a caffeine-free beverage.
