How far in advance should I book?
For large conferences and trade shows we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for summer and fall dates. Reach out early and we'll hold your date.
Can you handle a 300-person conference?
Yes. We scale staffing and stations to match your attendee count and break schedule. One barista handles ~50 specialty drinks per hour; we add baristas for larger crowds.
Do you serve events outside Portland and Boston?
We travel throughout New England. Travel fees may apply for events outside Greater Portland, ME and Greater Boston, MA.
Can we get custom-branded cups for our trade show?
Absolutely. Custom-branded cups and sponsor drink menus are available — ask us when you request a quote.
