Side By Side Coffee is based in Portland, ME and serves events across New England, including the Greater Portland area, Portsmouth, NH, and Boston, MA. Travel fees may apply for events outside of the Greater Portland area.

What is included with your mobile espresso bar?

We bring a complete mobile coffee setup and start with a curated menu of espresso and milk beverages, then customize it with signature drinks or off-menu requests. We pack in and pack out everything needed to create a mobile coffee shop on-site, and serve drinks quickly with top-of-the-line equipment and thoughtful presentation.

How much does wedding coffee catering cost?

For weddings and private events, our minimum starts at $1,000, which includes 2 hours of bottomless coffee for up to 100 guests. Every event is custom quoted based on length of service, guest count, and proximity to Portland.

Do you offer add-ons or custom options?

Yes. We offer custom-branded front panels for the cart, branded hot and cold cups, self-serve drip coffee stations, cold brew service, and locally made BLVL pastries. We can also create custom drink menus to align with your event theme or brand.

How quickly can you serve coffee at my event?

One barista can craft up to 50 specialty coffee drinks per hour. For larger weddings, corporate events, and conferences, we can add baristas, additional espresso carts, self-serve drip coffee, or cold brew to increase speed and serve any size crowd efficiently.

Do you provide decaf espresso and non-coffee options?

Yes. We offer decaf espresso for any coffee drink on the menu, plus herbal tea and hot chocolate for guests who prefer a caffeine-free option.
